Welcome to EazeMyAPI.com ("Website," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our no-code backend and API management services. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Account Registration

To access the features of EazeMyAPI, you must create an account.

  • Registration Methods: You may register using Google OAuth (Gmail) or by providing a valid email address and password.

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (Name, Email, Phone, Billing details) during the registration process.

  • Security: you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any API keys generated or stored on the platform. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Use of Services

  • Developer Tools: EazeMyAPI provides tools for API integration, backend management, and project scaling.

  • License: We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use our platform for your software projects.

  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use EazeMyAPI for:

    • Any illegal or unauthorized purpose under Indian or International law.

    • Reverse engineering the platform’s core architecture.

    • Circumventing any security features or rate limits.

3. Payments and Billing

  • Service Fees: Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your credit card, debit card, or net banking details.

  • Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST), which will be added at the time of checkout.

4. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

  • Your Projects: You retain 100% ownership of the data, logic, and intellectual property associated with the projects you build on EazeMyAPI.

  • Our Platform: All rights, title, and interest in the EazeMyAPI platform, including logos, UI/UX design, and proprietary code, remain the exclusive property of EazeMyAPI.

5. Third-Party API Integrations

  • API Keys: If you utilize our feature to store third-party API keys, you acknowledge that we act only as a secure vault and proxy for these requests.

  • Responsibility: You are responsible for complying with the Terms of Service of any third-party provider (e.g., OpenAI, Stripe, AWS) that you connect through our platform.

6. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of these terms.

  • Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. You are responsible for exporting your data prior to termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

EazeMyAPI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
