Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account or using any part of the EazeMyAPI Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you", or "your") and Yogi Technolabs Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of India (yogitechnolabs.com), operating under the brand name EazeMyAPI ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the EazeMyAPI platform, APIs, documentation, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By registering for an account, clicking "Sign Up," or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that:
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, references to "you" include that entity and all employees and agents authorized to use the Service under your account.
You must register an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep it updated. Providing false information is grounds for immediate termination.
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, plan restrictions, or a prior suspension. Each person must maintain one account.

We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where you failed to maintain credential security.
Account credentials must not be shared with unauthorized third parties. Team access should be managed through officially supported multi-user or organization features where available.
EazeMyAPI is an AI-powered, no-code backend builder that automatically generates REST APIs from your database table configurations. The Service enables you to:
The Service is provided "as is" with functionality that may evolve over time. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features with reasonable notice.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:
You are solely responsible for all User Content stored through the Service and for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights. This includes obtaining all necessary consents from your End-Users regarding how their data is processed through EazeMyAPI.
We may investigate any suspected violation of this Acceptable Use Policy and may suspend or terminate your account, remove User Content, and/or report violations to law enforcement, without prior notice where we deem it necessary.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each API operation (read, write, update, delete, query) consumes a number of credits according to the pricing schedule published on our Pricing page. Credit allocations vary by Plan.
We impose rate limits to ensure fair access and Service stability. Rate limits are published in our documentation and may be adjusted at our discretion with reasonable notice. Circumventing rate limits by any means (e.g., multiple accounts, IP rotation) is prohibited.
Plans described as "unlimited" are subject to fair use. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or contact users whose usage patterns are abnormally high, causing degraded performance for other users.
During Beta, complimentary credits are provided at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time without constituting a breach of contract.
Paid Plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are stated in USD (or your local currency as displayed) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods made available through our payment processor. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You are responsible for cancelling before renewal if you do not wish to continue.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. We will add applicable taxes to invoices where legally required.
If your payment fails, we will attempt to re-charge. After two failed attempts, your account may be downgraded or suspended until payment is resolved.
All fees are non-refundable except where:
Unused credits do not carry over between billing periods and have no cash value.
We reserve the right to change pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.
Beta Disclaimer: Features labeled "Beta," "Early Access," or "Preview" are provided as-is, without warranty, and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice or liability.
The Free Beta Plan is offered at no charge during the beta period. We may:
Participation in Beta does not create any entitlement to continued free access or to any specific level of service.
The Service, including its software, source code, algorithms, design, trademarks, logos, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of EazeMyAPI and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, modify, copy, or create derivative works of the Service.
If you provide suggestions, feedback, or ideas about the Service ("Feedback"), you grant EazeMyAPI a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, incorporate, and commercialize that Feedback without any obligation or compensation to you.
"EazeMyAPI," our logo, and any product names associated with the Service are trademarks of Yogi Technolabs Pvt. Ltd. You may not use them without our prior written consent except as strictly necessary to refer to our Service (e.g., "Built with EazeMyAPI").
You retain full ownership of all User Content you upload, create, or store through the Service. We make no claim of ownership over your data.
By using the Service, you grant EazeMyAPI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, transmit, process, and display your User Content solely to the extent necessary to provide and operate the Service. This license expires when you delete your data or terminate your account.
You represent and warrant that:
You may export your User Content at any time via the dashboard or API. We will provide data export tools in common formats (e.g., JSON, CSV). Upon account termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted.
We do not use your User Content to train machine-learning models, for advertising purposes, or for any purpose other than providing the Service as described.
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. "Confidential Information" includes API Keys, business data, technical details, pricing (for enterprise agreements), and any information marked confidential or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential.

These obligations do not apply to information that is: publicly known without breach of this clause; already known to the receiving party; independently developed; or required to be disclosed by law.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Where you collect personal data from your End-Users through applications built on EazeMyAPI, you are the data controller for that data. You are responsible for maintaining your own privacy policy that covers your End-Users, obtaining appropriate consents, and complying with all applicable data protection laws.
You are responsible for the security of your integration with EazeMyAPI, including:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimer of certain implied warranties. To the extent required by law, this disclaimer does not apply to those warranties.
We do not guarantee any specific uptime SLA unless expressly stated in a separate written Enterprise agreement.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EAZEMYAPI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising under these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, shall not exceed the greater of:
This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The parties acknowledge that the limitations of liability in this section reflect a reasonable and fair allocation of risk and form an essential basis of the bargain between the parties. Without these limitations, EazeMyAPI would not provide the Service at the prices offered.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yogi Technolabs Pvt. Ltd. (operating as EazeMyAPI) and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
EazeMyAPI reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the dashboard or by contacting support. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any pre-paid fees.
We may immediately suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, with or without notice, if:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. For significant feature removals affecting paid users, we will provide at least 30 days' notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Where mandatory local law applies, nothing in this section limits your statutory rights under that law.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at support@eazemyapi.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Many disputes can be resolved quickly this way.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitration body as agreed by the parties. The seat of arbitration shall be India. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's award is final and binding.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action against EazeMyAPI. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm, including in cases involving intellectual property infringement.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and EazeMyAPI regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing signed by an authorized representative of EazeMyAPI.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction (e.g., in connection with a merger or acquisition). Any prohibited assignment is null and void.
Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, acts of government, internet outages, or pandemics ("Force Majeure Events"). The affected party must promptly notify the other and use reasonable efforts to resume performance.
Notices to Yogi Technolabs Pvt. Ltd. (EazeMyAPI) must be sent to support@eazemyapi.com. Notices to you will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Notices are deemed received 24 hours after sending (email) or on delivery (physical mail).
The relationship between you and EazeMyAPI is that of independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, or agency relationship.
These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights except where explicitly stated.
These Terms are written in English. Any translation provided is for convenience only. In the event of conflict, the English version governs.
